The Position

Main  Tasks & Responsibilities:

Ensure all the automation related tasks are in compliance including quality and safety requirementsResponsible for complex automation and electrical problem solving, provide technical solution for M&R technician, lead electrical and automation modification and improvement.Responsible for automation system maintenance, including but not limited tosystem programming backup and recovery, software system diagnosis and maintenance.Lead or support for the new automated process equipment project from procurement, installation, validation, calibration, and maintenance.Work with global engineering team as automation expert, in order to make the project handover smoothly for automation perspective.As technical coordinator and contact window with IT team.Participate in the design and implementation of new equipment according to divisional and local standards.Support or lead improvement or CAPEX from commissioning to qualification  (SAT/FAT/IQ/ OQ/PQ).Participate the OEE team to identify and implement improvements to equipment from automation perspective.As user leader for digital applications and provide training for operation team.Provide technical support for site automation strategy plan and execution.As technical SME of electrical and automation, responsible for define and keep optimizing the PM task of electrical and automation system.Other tasks assigned by head of department.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor or above education background.Bachelor or above degree in Electrical and Automation or equivalent by experience.Working experience in compounding, filling or packaging areas.New production equipment qualification and validation experience is a plus.Line manager experience.Familiar with SAP PM is preferred.Experience in a highly regulated cGMP manufacturing environment.Basic SHE ergonomics concept.A “can-do” attitude and willingness to go the extra mile when required.Knowledge of OEE and measurement.Vision system operating and maintenance knowledge.Experience with E-Plan and CAD tools is from advantage.Experiences in risk assessments such as PFMEA methodology.
