Key job responsibilities
* Develop, execute and manage end-to-end our global email marketing programs, from engagement to retention efforts
* Analyze customer data to identify segments, develop targeted email strategies, and create personalized experiences
* Launch new automated email programs and optimize existing flows
* Execute on single-send promotional campaigns in collaboration with our brand marketing manager
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, business intelligence, and customer success to align lifecycle initiatives with business goals
* Analyze and report on key email performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to the team
* Stay current with email marketing trends and spearhead the adoption of new email technologies and methodologies
