You will train staff on maintenance techniques, oversee the condition of your assigned neighborhood, and serve as a technical resource for the team, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our residents.
Compensation: Starts at $30 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Perform necessary maintenance of HVAC equipment as assignedPerform all necessary scheduled preventive maintenance procedures on designated equipment while following manufacturer’s recommendationRespond to emergency calls for system and equipment failureServe as the lead mechanic in assigned area(s) and will be responsible for the overall condition of the neighborhood(s)What you will need
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a residential apartment complex, construction, or commercial building maintenanceMust possess a working knowledge of residential building maintenance to include, but not limited to, plumbing, electrical, flooring, and appliances. Should have a working knowledge of HVACWill be expected to work a reasonable amount of scheduled and “on-call” overtime as necessaryBe able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 poundsMust possess current EPA certification to handle refrigerants.Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
