Job DescriptionVisa Acceptance Solutions is currently recruiting a collaborative, trustworthy, high-energy, and driven Account Executive with relevant experience in payments and fraud management sales. This individual will adopt our value-driven sales approach while staying focused on building stronger relationships with our install base, driving net new business for the portfolio and working cross-functionally with our sales teams. Responsibilities include pipeline creation, moving opportunities through a sales process and the expansion of a portfolio of Strategic Enterprise Accounts. Manage and grow a portfolio of Strategic Enterprise Accounts exceeding sales and revenue targets.Develop an account plan, a renewal strategy, and a growth plan for every client in your portfolio.Maintain and build a pipeline to deliver 3X sales targetsProve the value of Visa Acceptance Solutions by sharing data and insights that illustrate a positive return on investment.Business lead on customer meetings/calls working closely alongside Visa Account Executives, Technical Account Management, Sales Engineers and Managed Risk AnalystsServe as the customer advocate while effectively collaborating with internal, cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, sales engineering and finance.Ideal candidates should possess strong B2B account management, 10+ years of payments experience, strong commercial acumen, great communication skills and will be comfortable and experienced managing large enterprise accounts.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
3+ years of Account Management experience or SaaS based sales experience (eCommerce account management/sales is a plus).
Experience managing and expanding business in complex enterprise accounts influencing everyone from business champion to the C-level.
Record of accomplishment in exceeding a multi-million-dollar annual quota.
Strong and demonstrated written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude.
Ability to understand customer needs and solve problems.
Good time management with strong organizational skills.
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
