This individual is adept at engaging research, data, and analytics to characterize business opportunity and recommend acquisition marketing approaches. S/he will understand how to drive impact throughout the acquisition marketing funnel and excel at building relationships and working across a matrixed enterprise. This senior manager will have a track record of working with data and analytics to synthesize strategic points of view. S/he will have experience developing data-driven growth strategies (promotional and non-promotional) that have yielded significant marketplace growth. The candidate will have a track-record of in-market testing to optimize GTM and promotional efficiency and effectiveness. This individual will understand how to bring new product innovations to market, ideally within the technology and/or telecom spaces, and will have successfully launched successful new-to-market products and campaigns in the past. The successful candidate is nimble, creative, and influential to evolve and push the business forward. S/he will have experience in roles combining marketing, customer insights, data analysis, and business execution in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. This visionary marketer will collaborate with other key functions including, but not limited to, media, marketing communications, brand strategy, product management, e-commerce, operations, and technology. **Job Description** **Core Responsibilities** + Contribute to acquisition offer research agenda in partnership with CR&I, developing an understanding of what offers and constructs resonate in the market and that can drive demand, conversion, and channel performance + Employ performance data, research, and competitive intelligence to develop strategic insights and recommendations on potential acquisition strategies + Work closely with competitive intelligence teams to iterate on new acquisition GTM tactics in response to a rapidly evolving competitive landscape + Partner with Media, Marketing, and GTM teams at to ensure offer presentation in-market is aligned to commercial / growth strategy and delivers expected business benefit + Contribute to the strategic acquisition learning agenda, ensuring that we are continually testing our acquisition growth strategies in market and optimizing full-funnel KPIs + Work closely with Product Management and Pricing / Packaging teams to develop commercialization plans for all new product / feature launches across the Xfinity portfolio + Partner with GTM teams to inform the strategic consumer POR and ensure that the organization is focused on critical initiatives that will move the needle + Support additional Acquisition and GTM responsibilities as needed + Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. + Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
