Responsibilities

Grow the number of New Agency Leaders in the area by utilizing existing company’s recruitment program

Induction and Onboarding of New Leaders

Execution of Coaching Call-outs

Recruitment Activity Lead

Monitor and Track Agency Leaders Performance

Grow number of Active Agents Count by conducting structured work week learning sessions

What we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management

There or more years or more relevant experience in sales agency management preferably in a life insurance setting

Has held key positions relevant to the requirement of the job

Presentation skills

Coaching skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Leadership and management skills

Ability to execute business plans 

High sense of business ethics and professionalism

Solutions-oriented

Resilient and adaptable to change
