About the Role
该岗位负责营销员渠道客户开拓体系建设岗位职责:1、政策类产品客户开拓模式设计 (1)结合政策热点,根据不同客户群体进行需求分析,对接符合热点需求的异业合作资源,并规划迭代拜访场景体系,打造爆款场景(2)设计客户开拓模式,并赋能营销员团队,提供标准化支持,助力拓客的顺利进行2、企业开拓(1)根据市场调研,针对政策类产品进行潜在企业客户分析,形成不同类型的企业客户画像(2)建立分层分级的企业类客户开拓模式,并打通链路(3)对接合适企业客户,搭建不同企业类型的具体合作模式3、创新开拓模式(1)基于大数据分析、企业客户分层体系和渠道调研,规划设计客户开拓与积累相关的方案(2)开发创新实用的客户开拓工具,实现渠道获客、粘客和高客转化的效率提升任职要求:1、全日制本科及以上学历2、5年以上寿险个险经验,对个险业务及客户经营的逻辑有深刻理解(同时具备前线和中台经验者优先)3、良好的数据和实战案例的洞察能力4、强烈的目标感5、良好的组织协调、项目推进和授课演讲能力Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
