About the Role
该岗位负责营销员渠道客户驱动策略的设计优化与机制建设岗位职责: (一)营销员渠道客户驱动整体策略的规划设计及持续优化1. 深入研究保险行业发展动态和内外部客户洞察及营销队伍的需求及痛点2. 根据内外部市场分析和营销员渠道业务目标,协助制定营销员渠道客户经营策略与业务规划3. 定期复盘设计及实施经验,优化策略内容,协助制定新的关键举措(二)客户数据分析1. 通过业务分析及客户全生命周期的数据分析和挖掘,发掘客户价值提升机会及业务增长点,为后续策略迭代优化提供方向2. 通过客户数据分析,形成营销员渠道客户经营报告,为管理层决策提供支持(三)客户驱动协同工作机制和实施与提升机制的建设1. 协调沟通及推进总公司相关部门对策略的深入理解和关键举措的落地,规划并组织总公司及与分公司负责人的例会与工作坊2. 萃取分公司在关键举措中的最佳实践,形成案例推进加速转型任职要求:1. 全日制本科及以上学历2. 5年以上寿险个险经验,对个险业务及人力发展的逻辑有深刻理解(同时具备前线和中台经验者优先)3. 良好的数据和实战案例的洞察能力4. 强烈的目标感,良好的组织协调、项目推进和授课演讲能力Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
