About the Role

负责友邦人寿agency产品和价值主张推动的筹备、策划、执行、督导

岗位职责：

1、组织开展总分公司产服销售策略沟通及检视会议2、参与制定中国区产服推动策略，推动目标达成3、赋能一线，推动各机构提升外勤顾问式销售能力4、创新型销售理念及销售工具的开发及推广

任职要求：

1、全日制本科及以上学历2、6年以上相关工作经验，包括但不限于保险公司总部和分支机构营销企划、产品推动等3、具备扎实的市场与营销知识，熟悉寿险及健康险产品，深刻理解营销员，熟悉营销员渠道销售的流程和运行模式，掌握一定的销售技巧4、对中产及高净值客户的需求有深入研究和洞察，熟悉医疗养老、子女教育/留学等相关高品质服务的主流内容与趋势等信息5、熟练使用office软件、文案设计、视频编辑等软件，分析、呈现和演示业务场景中的各类问题与观点6、具备创新思维和较强的学习能力
