About the Role
负责分公司的客户经营分析和策略规划，依托线上和线下平台牵头客户经营活动，统筹孤儿单/保全客户经营与再开发，同时搭建和推动分公司荣誉体系，并规划和落实营销推动方案；根据分公司业务节奏，落实公司产品和价值主张的推动策略，通过多种形式提升营销员的产品和服务营销能力。Roles and Responsibilities:
营销推动：
统筹计划年度销售战略/竞赛/活动以帮助渠道达成管理层制定的年度销售目标
协助监管销售业绩，通过调整业务计划，发现并解决业务问题
推广营销员渠道文化建设，通过推动各类荣誉体系提升营销员业务品质，包括月度荣誉体系、年度荣誉体系、五星会荣誉、MDRT等
组织执行各类荣誉性质大型颁奖典礼及活动
客户开拓策略/工具开发
数字化平台（Navi）应用推广

客户经营推动：
整体客户经营分析制定客户经营策略，客户经营预算及资源分配，客户委员会组织与支持
线下客户经营活动策划，线上线下客户经营活动推动
根据业务发展情况，将客户当前和未来的需求和偏好作为改进产品和服务质量的动力，以提高客户的满意度和忠诚程度；
参与和推动有关营销员渠道客户驱动的专项工作，如线索分配和跟进规则、系统功能开发等；
了解分公司及区部的需求，提供营销员获客、活客、暖客、转化等相关数据
产品与服务推动：
承接总部营销员渠道产服综合推动及客户中台产服专业赋能 ，开展机构产服综合推动，管理培育外勤产品大使
准确、及时地宣导、落实中国区制定的各项产品营销推动计划和整体解决方
根据渠道需求，市场状况、公司业务目标等，制定产品推广策略，贯彻分公司产品分层管理计划，有效组织相关俱乐部活动

Minimum Job Requirements:
教育背景：
大学本科或以上学历（经济、金融或市场营销专业优先）
相关经验：
8年及以上相关经验（具有活动组织经验优先）, 至少3年管理经验
技能要求：
具备扎实的市场与营销知识
熟悉寿险及健康险产品
有创新性思维
良好的沟通与表达能力
能有效对员工进行业绩辅导
良好的解决问题与决断的能力
