Yum! is seeking an experienced lead to spearhead our new AI Academy program at the enterprise level. As a Sr. Manager, AI Strategy & Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and driving the integration of AI across the corporate level of our business. You will lead the development of a new corporate initiative and assist in the implementation of AI tools, driving both immediate impact and long-term change throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Drive cross-brand AI strategy and adoption, with responsibility for defining and launching an internal AI Academy program. Design and refine AI curriculum in collaboration with the Yum! Learning team to maximise uptake and productivity growth. Build a gamified, engaging AI learning platform with engineering contractors through Product Design and Development. Establish the analytics framework necessary to monitor and enhance the value and of Yum! Brands’ AI initiatives, including the effectiveness of the AI academy. Drive AI adoption and roll out measurable goals for Above Restaurant Leaders (ARLs). Foster local communities and train champions who will advocate for and disseminate AI adoption throughout Yum! with high capillarity. Drive awareness and strategic initiatives with executives across all 4 brands. Partner with teams who are experts in across AI, Learning, and Analytics to integrate AI tools at all levels of the organization, ensuring full adoption and high-impact usage of AI.Qualifications
8+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI or related fields A proven track record of strategic thought-partnership and driving enterprise-wide initiatives with a bias to action Experience in product management and cross-functional leadership Exceptional communication and influencing skills with experience engaging executives with empathy Current and strong understanding of AI trends with an excitement to lead in the space Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Nice-to-have: Experience building learning / training products
Salary Range: $139,000 to $179,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
