You Have

8+ years of inside sales experience with 5 years as an inside sales manager (not renewals or customer success)5+ years of people leadership, team leadership, or team coaching/ mentorship experienceFor the Philippines market, experience selling to Filipino clients or working in the PhilippinesSales and Sales Management experience preferably in a technology, IT, SaaS, or Human Capital / ConsultingTrack record in both hunting and farming salesExpertise in scaling businesses in a high-growth marketWillingness to coach and provide guidance to team members to improve the sales skills of the team

You Will

Lead the team to achieve specific business targets and meet assigned performance targets weekly/monthly/quarterly, ensuring high customer satisfactionProvide accurate ongoing sales forecasting and ensure data recorded in the CRM is accurate and up-to-dateBe an enabler to remove roadblocks and help the team to resolve challenges to support sales opportunitiesMonitor and lead team call time and productivity and conduct weekly performance reviews and weekly coaching sessions with all team membersAnalyze data, performance, and customer experience trends to develop strategic sales plays and best practices for client/specific territoriesStay current on developments in client services and within the market and ensure the team is informed on the latest trends and market directionBe a point of escalation for our clients and respond promptly to any issuesMaintain a balanced level of communication with the Sales Director and externally facing client to ensure strategic client relationship is fostered and developedWork with client contact on reporting and forecastingEnsure team understanding to achieve operating plan targets, sales targets, and client performance targets (CPTs)Work with internal functional resources and external partners to develop a coaching platformCoordinate team incentives and Sales Performance Incentive FundsPartner and build business relationships with all partners to ensure customer expectations are metWork with teams and management to improve sales processes and achieve a positive customer experienceLead team to buying/renewal process to achieve greater client satisfaction

Virtual First

Concentrix is a Virtual First company, which means working outside of an office will be the primary experience for most employees for the foreseeable future. Equipment will be provided, but an Internet connection and a space at home to work is required. While you can work from your home, we do require that you are within a commutable distance (NCR, Cavite, Rizal, Laguna, and Bulacan), of the local office to ensure you can attend when/if required by the company. Also, per PEZA regulations, we are mandated to keep track and record the movement of all company-owned work equipment, thus any movement of this work equipment is prohibited without any prior approval by the management team, including our PH Site Director
