This person will be tasked with the creation and execution of various unique tactics aimed at developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. In order to achieve this and build your book of business, the ideal candidate will have the ability to and enjoy attending client-facing dinners and meetings outside of normal business hours.Specifically
Identify channel partner targets for successful engagements and initiate discussions to generate interest in Connectivitys high value proposition
Develop and maintain strong relationships with members of multiple departments within prospective client organizationsInterface frequently with Account Management team to ensure that the satisfaction of each partner is met and account development is maximized. Have the ability to create metrics around client feedback for constant improvementAct as the subject matter expert and stay up-to-date on all product offerings for both Connectivity and prospective partners to maximize potential revenue driving capabilitiesMaintain an active CRM pipeline of prospective partners and accounts, with the ability to present to senior leadership when askedPerform extensive market research and stay abreast of all past and future market trends and the players coinciding with those trendsPrepare analytical reports on Connectivitys positioning within the market and how we can improveWork closely with internal teams marketing, sales, account management, product to develop new partnership opportunities based on service developmentQualificationsEDUCATION BABS preferred or equivalent experienceEXPERIENCE 3-5 years experience in a strategic partnership, business development, channel development capacityAbility to travel to meet current and prospective clientspartners as neededA quick learner always looking to develop their understanding of Connectivitys product suite and how we can continue to improve our positionCommunicate ideassuggestionspropositions to internal stakeholders within multiple departments with the ability to construct an organized plan of actionAbility to write clear and concise reports in a timely mannerUtilize high performing and aggressive sales tactics if neededRelationship-driven the ability to establish and maintain strong personal and professional relationships and represent the Connectivity brand to the best of your abilityForward thinker with the ability to creatively navigate and manage multiple tasks at onceEnergetic and a great team playerAbove all, ethical, fair and of high integrityAdditional Information
