You will:
Work remotely with our global team of stakeholders, preference is for EST Manage and develop high performance team that architects, implements, and audits communication systems and services (Ringcentral, CXOne, NICE inContact) Drive contact center service optimization and innovation through automation tooling and AI solutions (Cognigy) Help oversee, negotiate and manage agreements with service providers, carriers, licenses, and service plans Uphold a high standard for communication system security to ensure maximum deterrence and prevention of unauthorized access to corporate IT resources and services Make critical decisions on our communication systems architecture Analyze, evaluate, and report on communication system incidents and key performance indicators Work closely with IT leadership and internal business stakeholdersWhat you will bring to the table:
3-5+ Years of Telecommunications based management/senior management level experience Experience holding high standards for deployments for clients to tight implementation schedules, proactively set and maintain expectations, and maintaining good client relationships Experience overseeing and initiating multiple concurrent implementation projects and related tasks at different project phases and for different clients, and coordinate the tasks across multiple internal teams and clientsWhat Helps You Stand Out:

The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated salary range for this role is $150,000-190,000.
