About the Role

• 根据业务目标以及用户旅程搭建整体活动体系和运营逻辑
• 提升平台整体用户活跃以及业务转化
• 通过活动了解用户相关信息以及偏好,为持续优化活动体系和运营设计提供输入

Roles and Responsibilities:

根据友邦友享平台整体目标及策略,从用户全旅程运营的角度制定友邦友享平台整体活动运营策略和年度计划;基于友邦平台的特点以及客群特征,结合公司业务节奏,策划合理且可执行的平台活动方案、规划与管理活动计划,落实执行;建立基础的方法论和指标体系以及活动标签体系,赋能平台整体运营,快速提升运营效率;整合管理并协调分公司以及其他部门在友邦友享平台上的活动需求;根据会员体系以及会员现状策划会员活动,不断提升会员活跃与满意度;深度分析运营数据,总结方法论,不断调优,灵活快速优化整体指标表现;在日常运营过程中分析总结经验,向产品经理提供新产品设计和产品优化上的需求和建议;

Minimum Job Requirements:

本科学历,市场营销、广告、工商管理或计算机信息技术等相关专业优先考虑;至少7年工作经验,5年左右的活动运营相关工作经验; 有金融保险行业相关从业经验者优先;思维清晰有条理,有完整的运营方法论,对用户旅程整体的运营有较为深入的认识和理解;对于数据有较强的敏锐度,能够独立分析数据; 并基于数据洞察快速输出可执行方案;精通Excel及PPT等办公软件,具备优秀的策划和总结能力,可以将数据以及策略计划进行高度总结并清晰完整地展现;在活动设计、用户体验设计以及H5开发方面有相关技能者优先;有较强学习能力、跨部门沟通能力以及一定的项目管理经验,保证按时交付项目;勇于承担责任,以业绩结果导向,能够高效并富有创造力的解决问题;
