Job Description:

As the Leader for Client Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our company by overseeing multiple clients.  You'll be the driving force behind our production and quality control efforts, ensuring seamless operations and resolving any issues that arise. Collaborating with internal and external teams, you'll create an exceptional client experience that leaves a lasting impression.

Job Qualifications:

·       If you have a bachelor's degree, that's great! However, we also value equivalent work experience of 5+ years.  

·       With 4+ years of related experience in Real Estate Tax Servicing and 3+ years of leadership experience, you'll bring valuable expertise to the table.  

·       You thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and have a knack for leading teams towards exceptional results.  

·       Your interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills are second to none.  

·       Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential for effective collaboration.  

·       Your planning and organizational abilities are exceptional, allowing you to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.  

·       Experience managing distributed teams and coordinating stakeholders across multiple functions and locations is a plus.  

·       Technical aptitude with the Microsoft Suite and reporting based applications such as Tableau and Smartsheets.

Annual Pay Range:

92,000 - 100,000 USD
