The Sr. Manager, Clinical Operations is responsible for overseeing the team responsible for coordinating and delivering care to patients as part of payer programs authorized by their health insurance provider. The scope of this job includes providing operational and management oversight a team of clinicians and other members of the clinical team but does not include providing clinical oversight to staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee clinical operation support staff by fostering collaboration, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.Anticipate and address operational challenges by analyzing trends, escalating critical issues, and partnering with senior leadership to implement sustainable solutions.Develop strategic work plans, delegate responsibilities, and optimize workflows to enhance team productivity and service delivery quality.Provide mentorship and advanced training to staff by cultivating a high-performing team committed to delivering exceptional clinical and operational outcomes.Drive talent management initiatives by leading recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes in compliance with organizational policies and regulations.Leverage data and key performance indicators to inform decision-making, monitor quality improvement efforts, and elevate patient and partner satisfaction.Perform other job duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of nursing and/or Allied Health program, and currently licensed in the state of employment At least 6-8 years’ experience in field and/or direct patient careAt least 2-4 years of relevant management work experienceValid driver’s license Experience working with and/or good knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing home health and hospice operations. Experience in acute/ACO/post-acute care facility care coordination, discharge planning, social services, disease management, population health, home health, and/or post-acute care facilitiesJob Expectations:
