Responsibilities:Responsible for assisting with internal/employee and external communications activities, from strategy development to execution, in alignment with key priorities and business objectivesPartnering with business leaders, develop internal communication strategy and messages to inspire, engage, inform and align employeesDrive employee engagement and advocacy through powerful organizational communications and events such as internal All-Hands or Town Hall meetingsWork with senior leadership and JJ MedTech Communications to support the development of communications strategies on important business milestones such as data presentations or publications at key medical congresses, regulatory approvals and/or launch milestonesCollaborate with the brand strategy team to disseminate corporate communications through Shockwave-owned digital and social channels as appropriateSupport the development of communications programs to ensure they meet timelines and goals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaign objectives and track/report progressManage process to continually measure and assess channels/programs to gain insights, increase effectiveness and optimize use of resourcesOversee efforts to collect and apply employee feedback and program metrics to ensure effectiveness of messaging, programs, and channelsAscertain feedback on appropriate communication and course of action to business unit and functional leadersCollaborate with agency partners and manage agency relationships as needed to execute on the above activities

The anticipated base pay range for this position is 138,000 to 238,050 USD.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
