Sr. Manager, Consumer Insights (CI/UX Research)

Job Overview:

To thrive as a Senior Manager in Consumer Insights, you will be the go-to expert responsible for developing research methodologies and uncovering deep consumer insights. You’ll take a hands-on approach to qualitative research, conducting in-depth interviews and synthesizing your findings into actionable insights. This role is for someone who enjoys being a one-stop shop—developing methodologies, moderating research sessions, and delivering insightful results. While the focus is primarily on qualitative research (80%), you’ll also engage in quantitative analysis (20%) to round out your insights.

As a key member of the team, you’ll be working closely with the Manager of Innovation, mentoring them while collaborating on research projects. Though this is not a people-leader role, your expertise and leadership will help drive the success of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and refine research methodologies for qualitative and quantitative studies.Conduct in-depth interviews and deliver insights using infographic research.Moderate research sessions, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the process.Synthesize research findings into actionable insights that drive business decisions.Collaborate with the Manager of Innovation to support and mentor them through the research process.Report findings and recommendations to leadership through detailed presentations and reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Psychology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred) or equivalent work experience5-8 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research, ideally in consumer insights or UX research.Experience with Consumer Products is a mustStrong moderation skills with hands-on experience conducting interviews and focus groups.Experience developing research methodologies and translating insights into business strategies.Expertise in qualitative research (80%) with a foundational understanding of quantitative research (20%).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong organizational and project management abilities.Experience with usability testing, concept validation and ethnographic researchCompany: Behr Paint CompanyShift 1 (United States of America)Full time

Hiring Range: $92,300.00 - $145,090.00
