Position Purpose:
The Sr. Manager of Content Production – Photo & Video Art Direction is an integral member of our in-house agency and leads a multi-disciplined team of associates responsible for the production and development of digital content at scale – including full-service imagery and video production for The Home Depot’s owned/earned and paid channels. This is a high-volume team inclusive of our content art direction team and s/he will also manage/oversee multiple studio operations both domestically and internationally. This role is a key cross-functional partner who will work collaboratively to deliver innovative solutions and consultative approaches and deliver elevated, relevant content by connecting the dots between strategy, data, media, and creative.
The Senior Manager role will ensure strategic oversight and direction for leading the content art direction team, guiding creative development from concept through final production. The role will drive creative excellence by leveraging best practices and consistency in creative execution. Partnering with internal requestors and stakeholders, plus external agency partners, to maintain stewardship of The Home Depot brand image while overseeing quality assurance of creative deliverables. Ensuring content is aligned with creative concepts and THD brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
35% - Budgeting, Reporting & Scheduling - Accountable for managing overall content production budget allocation/reconciliation, estimates, contract management and P&L for content monetization initiatives. Establish review and reporting cadence to assess studio allocation across current and forecasted project pipelines within the portfolio to enable effective decision-making, prioritization and optimization of creative resources.15% - Collaboration & Building Relationships - Partner with cross-functional Creative, Marketing, Media, Brand and Brand Advocate partners to consult on solutions to achieve business needs and goals.35% - Creative Services - Asset creation and management - including photography and motion/video - for use across all channels and studios with a digital-first mindset. Lead and manage internal teams as well as a network of photo studios and video production partners, freelance and internal/external resources necessary to deliver on the entire portfolio of projects and ensuring content is aligned with The Home Depot’s brand and quality standards. Partner with leadership to define and develop internal production vision for the next 3-5 years - capabilities, roles, space, equipment, resources, etc.15% - Drive Operational Efficiency - Analyze and innovate processes to achieve cost, quality, efficiency and volume targets for creative asset development including design of sustainable, scalable workflows and technical enhancements to increase efficiency at scale; prioritization of initiatives as well as managing key metrics.

Travel Requirements:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
