Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive the integration of strategic transformational initiatives. Partner with project teams and business leaders through all stages of the project lifecycle, from initiation through execution. Become well versed in highest priority projects and understand their holistic interdependencies.Help to build infrastructure, process, business rules, and tools to accelerate execution, connectivity and impact of initiatives. Actively partner with key stakeholders both inside and outside the Transformation Office to develop and implement.Engage with Tier 1 leaders and teams to determine/identify status against strategic priorities. Find opportunities to streamline the process, drive a more strategic impact, and effectively communicate progress to several audiences.Build and exhibit organizational capability in enterprise-wide transformation – consult with the organization to ensure project progress through active dialogue, be a change agent, influence behaviors with a bias toward successful implementation and drive measurement of results.This person must have capability to manage multiple initiatives with different levels of complexity and dependencies. Required skills to enable the engagement include: collaboration, effective communication, influence, strategic leadership, change management, & relationship management
Problem solving skills for this role will be critical as it focuses on several complex cross functional efforts. This person must effectively balance the needs and perspectives of a variety of stakeholders from different functions and levels with the needs of the company and transformation office. There is a need for a solution mindset to be able to identify and solve challenges quickly and gain consensus/support when necessary. Innovation is important as several facets of this role require the creation and build of a new approach.
This person in this role will need to be seen as a leader in strategy transformation and will need to influence through a matrix.
