About the Role

通过数据分析，支持客户经营各项业务需要，赋能业务目标达成

工作职责：

负责提供主要客户数据指标报告和相关研究分析基于客户多维度数据等进行挖掘和分析，发现问题和机会，并提出相应的方案，以挖掘客户价值并为业务决策提供数据支撑探究海量用户行为习惯特征，并结合客户互动数据进行分析和建模，开发和优化客户生命旅程的模型，预测业绩情况，以提升客户经营效率引领大数据应用，并对360客户标签做好统筹管理和不断丰富根据业务需求，设计并制作BI报表，推动各项指标的达成支持日常业务分析需求，并从分析中找出业绩增长机会，提升客户价值

技能、经验要求：

本科以上学历，专业为计算机、工程、统计或数学类8年以上数据统计和分析、及数据建模经验8年以上SQL编程经验、及运用Python建模经验熟练使用BI工具（如QuickBI、Tableau等）、Excel、Powerpoint做事认真、细致、高效、有较强的抗压能力
