Job Description:

The Sr. Manager, Customer Education is responsible for overseeing CoreLogic ’s client training teams within the mortgage solutions space. The team is responsible for ensuring clients are appropriately trained on CoreLogic’s products and services and for increasing adoption of those products and services. This role will oversee a small team of facilitators and digital instructional designers that will create modern, blended learning strategies based on client need.

What You Will Be Doing:

Create a new function within CoreLogic that will develop and execute the client enablement strategy and roadmap in alignment with key stakeholders and with the company’s growth priorities.Grow the team to include both facilitators and technical instructional designers focused on developing compelling and consumable asynchronous and blended learning trainings for our clients.Collaborate with the sales, operations, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure high-quality training materials and resources are created (NPS scores at 50+)Implement learning metrics and dashboards to ensure the client training programs are effective and efficient, improving the current ROI.Assume primary responsibility for ensuring operational excellence within the Client Enablement team by continuously improving learning strategies, analytics, and capabilities.Administer the training budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.Research and implement the latest training techniques and tools to keep the trainings dynamic and engaging.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Psychology, Human Capital Management, or related fieldMinimum 10 years in corporate learning or similar role: experience with client training highly desired3+ years' experience leading a high performing, learning team that is delivering blended learning strategies to fill key gapsExperience working with customers (i.e. sales, customer support, client training); experience in the mortgage industry desiredExperience with change management approaches and ensuring adoption of new behaviorsExcellent professional facilitation and communication skills Knowledge of ADDIE course development process; basic knowledge of authoring tools (Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, etc.)Experience with Learning Dashboards & KPIs; experience implementing Kirkpatrick’s learning assessment modelExperience leading teams using Design Thinking and User Experience Research Principles and Methodologies to develop learning and performance solutions with the employee in mindProven ability to collaborate with a wide variety of colleagues, employing diplomacy to achieve outcomes Proven ability to establish trusted partnerships as a consultant to clients and internal stakeholders, employing objectivity and learning sciences to influence decisions and achieve outcomes Proven ability to successfully manage leading multiple projects and processes in a dynamic, matrix environment with a complex map of stakeholders

Annual Pay Range:

105,800 - 105,000 USD
