About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:
和内部各个业务部门合作,梳理业务需求,识别创新机会点,包括新人群,新的业务场景等,积极支持价值主张(产品和服务)的开发及优化能够独立负责定性访谈的调研项目,独立完成从访谈大纲的设计,深访/座谈会的执行到产出具有可行性的洞察结果定期开展内部分享和培训,以提升内部相关团队的调研知识和技能水平Minimum Job Requirements:
大学本科及以上学历,市场营销、金融或经济学专业优秀至少8年以上市场调研相关领域的工作经验,其中5年定性访谈经验, 也有部分定量经验。同时具备客户端及第三方调研机构经验者优先,有金融、快消、药企行业经验优先,最好是甲方+乙方背景。具备业务敏锐度、快速学习能力以及市场相关知识熟练掌握MS Office,尤其是PPT和Excel出色的中英文沟通能力及分析能力积极主动且具有责任心Build a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
