About the Role

结合监管政策与公司战略,协助大消保战略的有效实施,推动公司消费者权益保护工作的全闭环管理建设与优化

主要职责:

负责追踪和分析金融消保领域的监管及行业动态,制定和完善相关消费者权益保护工作制度及运行机制

负责消费者权益保护业务审查,推进消保业务审查闭环管理体系的建设与优化

策划与协调消费者权益内外部金融教育相关项目,深化公司消保品牌建设

协助完成监管机构年度消保监管评价、现场检查、非现场检查等相关工作,研判相关风险,保障公司稳健发展

协助开展消保考核、督导等相关工作

定期编写各类报告,监测与分析关键指标,为管理决策提供支持

根据监管及公司要求,探索创新融合机会,完成相关项目落地

上级主管交办的其他工作

技能/经验要求:

本科及以上学历

10年以上工作经验,具备3年以上金融合规、法律、消保相关经验,熟知监管消保政策、法律法规,对保险业务了解深入

具有较强的数据分析、统筹协调以及文案表达能力

出色的创新思维与洞察力

熟练使用Office工具,擅长PPT与Excel
