Reporting to the Sr. Director, Growth Marketing, the Sr, Manager, Digital Experience, is responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the digital customer journey, drive eCommerce growth, and deliver a seamless user experience. Thisrole leads teams across eCommerce, Amazon Marketplace, CX, and Product Merchandising while evaluating website performance and collaborating with global, cross-functional teams to align online initiatives with business objectives. The digital experience leader will oversee eCommerce growth strategies, website performance, user experience, and merchandising strategies, identifying opportunities to optimize engagement and drive sales growth.

The Digital Experience team works closely with the marketing technology and performance marketing teams to ensure that the transition enhances the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) experience, improves lead generation, and optimizes website flow for conversions. This includes ensuring that site functionality, content strategy, and user experience improvements align with business goals to drive measurable results. This position will focus on driving Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) through effective marketing of subscription-based products and products that require frequent supplemental purchases, ensuring a seamless and automated replenishment experience that creates customer commitment and loyalty to Hach.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive strategies to enhance the online customer experience and drive sales to meet business goals. Drive New Customer Acquisition & Growth: Develop and execute strategies that attract new customers to eCommerce while also growing sales from existing customers by understanding and leveraging customer buying behaviors in a multi-channel environment.Lead and Mentor Teams: Oversee teams in eCommerce, CX, and Merchandising, ensuring alignment with company objectives while fostering a collaborative environment.Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track website performance metrics, user behavior, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Lead Amazon Strategy & Growth: Manage and grow Amazon as a key eCommerce channel by overseeing a dedicated Amazon marketplace role, ensuring strategic alignment and future expansion into direct-to-consumer emerging opportunities. Enhance Subscription and Recurring Revenue Models: Develop strategies to grow MRR by optimizing subscription-based products and frequently replenished items.Optimize Channel Switching & Digital Experience: Leverage insights on customer behavior across channels to improve eCommerce engagement and conversion, ensuring a seamless transition between online and offline experiences.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with global / regional marketing, IT, product management and operations teams to align digital strategies, search, content, and site functionality.Support Website Migration: Partner with the marketing technology team to ensure the global website migration improves the D2C experience, strengthens lead generation, and enhances conversion rates.Standardize and Implement Best Practices: Implement KPIs, standard work documentation, and
process improvements to ensure efficiency and consistency.Incorporate Customer and Associate Insights: Gather and apply customer and associate feedback to enhance website functionality, product offerings, and the overall digital experience.Stay Current with Industry Trends: Monitor best practices, trends, and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation in eCommerce.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, CX, Computer Science, or related field7+ years of experience in eCommerce, product merchandising, or CX5+ years of management experienceExcellent communication and collaboration skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and ability to analyze user behaviors in digital marketingAbility to travel up to 10% of the time

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $150000 - $160000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
