Revelyst, a leader in the sports technology and outdoor sports categories, is seeking a Senior Manager of Performance Marketing for Amazon. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead performance marketing efforts across our three brand platforms—Outdoor Performance, Precision Sports, and Adventure Sports—which include iconic brands like Camelbak, Giro, Bell, Fox, Foresight Sports, Bushnell Golf, Simms, Camp Chef, Primo’s, and Hoppe’s.
This is a high-impact, strategic role that will manage a high 7-figure budget and lead an agency partner to develop and execute cutting-edge Amazon media campaigns. You’ll be responsible for driving performance through new product launches and day-to-day sales, optimizing media spend, and ensuring that campaigns are delivering against our KPIs—ROAS, sell-thru and the percentage of units sold from media. As a key member of the Amazon leadership team, you’ll collaborate across departments to help deliver on the vision and promise that Amazon represents for our business.

This position reports to the Senior Vice President, Digital Commerce and Insights and is based Irvine, CA.
As the Senior Manager of Performance Marketing for Amazon, your primary responsibilities include:
Lead Amazon Media Strategy: Manage Amazon advertising campaigns across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, display ads, retargeting display, and streaming TV to maximize ROAS and drive day-to-day sales.Campaign Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of media campaigns, ensuring they support new product launches, ongoing sales efforts, and the broader brand goals.Agency Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with our agency partner to ensure media plans are developed and executed effectively, with an emphasis on strategic alignment and results-driven outcomes.Budget Oversight: Manage and optimize a high 7-figure budget, ensuring that all spend is aligned with performance goals and is delivering measurable ROI.Performance Analytics: Utilize Amazon’s advertising suite, Power BI, and data-driven insights to monitor performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and drive data-led decision-making.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Amazon leadership team, brand managers, and other departments to ensure alignment across all functions, including sales, product, and content.Reporting & Presentations: Create clear, compelling presentations for internal stakeholders, translating complex data and campaign performance into actionable insights.KPIs: Own and report on key performance metrics such as ROAS, percentage of units sold from media, campaign performance against goals, and other media efficiency metrics.You have:
Bachelor's degree or commensurate experienceYears of Experience: 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Amazon or other ecommerce platforms. Experience managing large-scale campaigns and high budgets.Specific Skills:
Proven expertise in Amazon advertising suite (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display Ads), and a solid understanding of retargeting display and streaming TV advertising.Data-led mindset, with expertise in Vendor Central and tools like Power BI for reporting and analysis.Strong ability to analyze campaign performance, drive optimization, and provide actionable insights based on data.Leadership skills: Ability to manage a small team (1 person) and collaborate effectively with external agency partners.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data and strategies to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of making data-driven decisions that drive performance.Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

Annual Salary: $139,200.00 - $160,000.00The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
