Reporting to the Vice President, EHS, the Sr. Manager, EHS Systems will be responsible for supporting EHS activities across a diverse, global footprint and will manage various aspects of corporate EHS systems and processes. The most important attributes for a successful candidate in this position are: strong experience in disciplines related to EHS, ability to embrace ambiguity with an intent to establish structure and organization, and ability to positively influence change in a matrixed environment with multiple global operating companies.

This position can be located in Waltham, Massachusetts but is open to remote work, with an expectation of periodic travel.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

· Oversee the corporate EHS data management system. Lead the redeployment of a corporate EHS software, serve as the corporate administrator and support partner for the system across the business, and drive continuous improvement in the utilization of the system.

· Lead all corporate EHS data analytics and reporting processes. Leverage data analytics to drive strategic decision-making and improve EHS performance. Assess and align data collection processes, management systems, and analytical procedures to enhance the availability and potency of EHS data.

· Develop and deploy a corporate EHS assessment and audit strategy for the global enterprise with a balanced focus on compliance, culture, and risk. Oversee the EHS audit process, including planning, execution, and follow-up. Ensure audits and assessments are effective, value-added, and conducted in accordance with established standards and best practices. Use audit findings to drive improvements in EHS performance.

· Oversee all EHS-related corporate vendor relationships to ensure strong partnership and effective outcomes.

· Drive continuous improvement in corporate EHS strategy with a mindset of global consistency and continuous improvement via the use of technology and systems. Lead and manage EHS processes to ensure they are efficient, effective, and aligned with organizational goals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within EHS.

· Provide support and training to resources within the global EHS community.

· Own the corporate EHS SharePoint page content and related updates, including corporate EHS standards and management system, communication regarding global EHS initiatives, etc.

· Partner with the corporate sustainability team in supporting the collection of ESG-related metrics.

The essential requirements of the job include: 

· Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in an EHS-related discipline.

· 10+ years of relevant experience working in an EHS-related field, preferably with experience in manufacturing, chemical, and/or field service industries.

· Strong computer skills, particularly in working with EHS data systems, MS Excel, and other business analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau. SharePoint experience is of interest.

· Experience with 14001 and 45001 certification processes is preferred.

· Experience with fleet safety and driver risk management is preferred.

· Travel - Approximately 15-20% travel may be required for internal meetings and periodic external engagements.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $125,000 - $150,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
