About the Role

作为监管/政府战略关系网络的建立者、开拓和维护者以及事务对接窗口，协助建立健全成熟的监管、政府沟通机制，建立多层次的沟通体系，提升公司对外交流的整体形象

Roles and Responsibilities:

建立和维护与金融监管部门及其派出机构、政府部门、相关外部机构的良好工作关系新设省级机构、子公司筹备期和筹备后对外关系的接洽与维护（包括金融监管部门、政府和行业协会等）监管部门、各级政府及相关机构在中国区层面的来访接待参与接待中国区层面/总对总的监管检查以及其他各类政府活动管理建立对政府机构、行业组织等外部来访的标准操作流程公司主要负责人与监管公务活动管理等审核与指导新设省级机构相关申请材料，负责当地开业监管要求的政策解读与指导（包括：开业流程、具体要求等）公司渠道和职能部门、子公司对外事务工作专业指导与支持主管指派的其他工作

Job Requirements:

本科及以上学历，8年及以上工作经验，具备对外事务相关工作经验，熟悉政府和监管部门的运作；具备较强的观察力和应变能力，优秀的人际交往和协调能力，出色的社会活动能力和公关能力； 有较强的抗压力，能在快速变化、充满活力、结果导向的环境中工作 ；成熟的人际交往能力，良好的团队精神，落地实干，能够承担有压力的工作，能够适应较高的出差频率；
