Responsibilities
The Senior Manager, Facilities & Systems supports Crash Champions' store/shop network by overseeing the Preventative Maintenance Program for building systems and equipment. This role ensures store operating standards are met or exceeded through work quality assessments, category spend analysis, business reviews, and management of business continuity, casualty/loss, and special projects.
Responsible for all aspects of multiple preventative maintenance programs, developing and issuing work orders across trades, including but not limited to, landscaping, fire sprinkler, backflow, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, security, hazardous waste, pest control, HVAC, paint booths, janitorial, and waste
Directly manages FM trades, fire safety, landscaping, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting.
Assist in the training of employees and develop in-house maintenance programs
Works with Procurement to identify new vendors, manage current vendor performance through quality control, reporting, and quarterly business reviews.
Onboards new vendor partners, aligns expectations and requirements for working with Crash Champions
Oversee direct reports, with an emphasis on developing strengths and filling knowledge gaps.
Subject matter expert of CMMS system (Service Channel)
Maintains a high level of collaboration with peers, support Facility and Equipment Managers with cross functional issues within their region
Management of budgets and approval of expenses and proposals
Ensures company premises and facilities are maintained in a clean, safe, and regulatory-compliant condition.
Managing process improvements; Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Acts as the primary contact for authorities regarding maintenance activities.
Maintains asset information to make informed repair and replacement decisions.
Identifies best in class support contractors in difficult to staff areas for various trades and equipment including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, housekeeping, compressor repairs, etc.

Qualifications
10+ years of multi-site Facilities Management experience
Skilled in the implementation of preventative and predictive maintenance strategies
Experience managing preventative maintenance programs through a CMMS system
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Extensive knowledge of Service Channel
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Background with risk management processes and procedures
Excellent communication skills, verbal & written
Proven experience in project management execution and budget planning
Deep understanding of facility systems and security practices
The ability to solicit, analyze and approve contractor bids
Possibility of up to 10% overnight air travel
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
