The Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) at Property Reserve provides expertise at the consolidated, corporate level, overseeing the company’s financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis functions. This role plays a critical part in guiding business decisions by delivering key financial insights, developing robust financial models, and ensuring that financial performance aligns with the organization’s strategic objectives. The Senior Manager will lead efforts in real estate investment performance reporting, benchmarking, management reporting, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, they will collaborate across departments to support operational decision-making, provide financial leadership, and continuously improve financial processes.
