About the Role

总经办负责人

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.建立规范的监管沟通机制,加强与监管机构的沟通,建立良好关系,树立公司在监管中的良好形象和口碑,助力公司重要战略落地。
2.建立分公司层面规范统一的综合行政工作体系。
3.政府部门与监管政策分析,预判趋势和风险,为管理层的决策提供协助。
4.按照监管要求,负责分公司信息披露制度的落实。
5.对下辖分支机构对外事务提供专业指导和支持。
6.为分公司的运作提供管理支持,如管理经营会议组织、规划支持、项目统筹、督办协调等。
7.应急管理协调人,设立分公司突发事件管理团队,建立健全分公司层级的突发事件管理计划。
8.统筹协调分公司业务规划的制定以及规划执行情况跟踪。
9.撰写管理报告,包括内部管理报告以及复杂跨部门监管报告。
10.管理会议组织以及决策执行督办。
11.提供跨部门项目管理支持。

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education –大学本科或以上学历

Experience –7年以上相关工作经验

Special skills –

具有寿险相关经验。 认真主动,条理性强,有责任心。 具备良好的文字表达能力和人际沟通能力。

语言:良好的文字表达能力

英文:基础读写能力

其他:熟练的电脑使用经验,熟练使用WORD.\PPT.\EXCEL.等office 软件
