About the Role

To serve as key contract with governmental and regulatory bodies and a member of L&BO team, ensuring efficient communication between the insurance asset management company and the government. This position will maintain contacts with government and regulatory agencies, manage incoming and outgoing official documents, and support information disclosure.

Communication and Relationship Management

Build and maintain the communication channel with government and regulators, conduct regular visits to relevant government departments and regulatory agencies, promptly understand policy dynamics and regulatory requirements, and ensure smooth information exchange between the company and government departments and regulatory agencies.Closely monitor policy and regulation updates released by government and regulatory agencies, thoroughly study the impact of relevant policies and regulations on company operations, provide accurate policy interpretations and recommendations for company decision-making, and ensure the company’s compliance within the policy and regulatory framework.

Regulatory Communication Support

Provide comprehensive government affairs and regulatory affairs support to the CEO and senior management, assist in handling all matters related to government and regulation, including but not limited to coordinating on-site inspections and visits by regulatory agencies, ensuring the company actively cooperates with regulatory agencies, promptly provides required information and materials, and guarantees the smooth progress of inspections and visits.According to the company’s strategy and business development needs, assist senior management in communication and negotiation with government agencies and regulatory bodies to strive for favorable policy support and a conducive regulatory environment. For example, assist the company in applying for government subsidies, tax incentives, and other policy supports to create favorable conditions for business development.Prepare talking points and presentations for senior management in government affairs and regulatory affairs-related meetings or activities, ensuring the content is accurate, clear, compliant with policy and regulatory requirements, effectively conveys the company’s position and viewpoints, and enhances the company’s image and influence at the government and regulatory levels.

Regulatory Document Management

Responsible for handling all official documents from regulatory agencies, industry associations/government departments. Timely receive, register, distribute, and track the processing progress of documents to ensure timely and accurate delivery of documents to relevant departments and personnel.When regulatory requirements need further interpretation and clarification, communicate with the regulatory agencies promptly to obtain accurate explanations and feed relevant information back to internal departments to ensure accurate understanding and implementation of regulatory requirements, avoiding compliance risks caused by misinterpretation.Implement strict quality control over materials submitted to government agencies or regulators, review whether the content meets the requirements, verify data accuracy, and ensure standardized and uniform formatting. Timely coordinate with relevant business departments to correct and supplement any identified issues.Track the submission status of government and regulatory materials, promptly understand feedback from government and regulatory agencies, and for reports requiring supplementation or modification, promptly organize relevant departments to handle the revisions and arrange for resubmission.

Internal Document Management

Responsible for the issuance and management of all official documents within the company, establish a document management system, classify internal documents, and determine the circulation scope and processing procedures based on the nature and importance of the documents, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of documents to relevant personnel and improving internal communication and decision-making efficiency.
