Responsibilities

1. lead hardware team to support consumer and automotive customers’ hardware development and manufacture:

1) Visit customers, understand customers' hardware new requests, feedback and seek internal resources, figure out the solution

2) key customers hardware design support and review

3) coordinate internal and external resources to support customers' hardware debugging, testing and MP

4) Shenzhen hardware team daily management 

Qualifications

1. Bachelor or above degree in EE;

2. Over 10 years of experience in hardware development, be good at video product hardware design, be good at high-speed signal design specification and requirement 

3. Rich experience in the automotive industry will be a plus; be good at Automotive electronic and electrical architecture.

4. Be familiar with basic test equipment and mainstream EDA tools;

5. Good written English and Good oral English capacity;

6. Self-motivation and Good team management
