Learn more about Homes.com (https://www.homes.com/about/) . **ROLE DESCRIPTION** As a **Sr. Manager, Homes.com Sales Training** you will lead a team of trainer / coaches and develop and manage a robust and dynamic training program focused on driving revenue growth of the Homes.com sales organization. You will be a critical member of the Homes.com Sales Effectiveness Leadership team and will actively partner with sales leaders, sales analytics, and other business partners in product management, operations, human resources, and finance to set and manage a learning agenda supported by defined outcomes and performance metrics. Components of the training program include but are not limited to new hire multi-week experience, leadership development, change management training and ongoing skills development. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Manage a team of associates who have blended training and coaching responsibilities + Establish and monitor key outcomes and metrics for learning programs + Collaborate with peers to develop insights and future strategies from program data and results, feedback from sales representatives and leaders and customer response during hands on coaching and side-by-sides. + Identify and shape additional L&D needs across new and existing sales talent, including objective setting, curriculum and job aid design, content development, securing resources and training implementation + Implement and oversee the long-term performance coaching strategy + Coach and communicate with sales leaders to ensure training curriculum is aligned with the sales process and strategies being executed. **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS** + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit university. + Certification or advanced degree in learning and development or equivalent experience. + Experience in instructional design, curriculum development and delivery. + 5+ years of experience in a sales/sales management role, preferably in residential real estate, software as a service (SaaS) technology or financial sales. + 5+ years of leadership experience, managing teams of individual contributors. + Understanding of the sales process and its value to a selling organization. + A track record of commitment to prior employers. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS** + Ability to motivate, coach and manage early career and tenured employees. + Strong leadership presence and professionalism. + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet defined plans. + Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high growth company. + Previous sales management experience. + Exposure to common sales methodologies (i.e. Solution Selling, Miller Heiman, etc.). **What’s in it for you?** When you join CoStar Group, you’ll experience a collaborative and innovative culture working alongside the best and brightest to empower our people and customers to succeed.
