Business Partnership:
Act as a strategic partner to the Commercial Team, providing insights and guidance on people strategies that align with business goals and priorities. Develop a deep understanding of the Commercial Team’s objectives, market dynamics, and key challenges to deliver tailored HR solutions. Collaborate with senior leaders to support business growth initiatives, organizational changes, and team development. Provide coaching and consultation to leaders on talent management, workforce planning, and performance optimization. Commercial and Business Acumen: Use market and business insights to anticipate workforce trends and advise on strategies to address talent gaps and opportunities. Partner with leaders to align organizational design and talent strategies with the Commercial Team’s business objectives. Analyze HR and business data to drive decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives on business performance. Talent Management and Development: Lead talent review and succession planning processes for the Commercial Team, ensuring a strong pipeline of future leaders. Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to identify and implement training programs that enhance leadership and functional capabilities. Champion employee engagement initiatives, using data and insights to address opportunities and drive action plans. Change Leadership: Partner with leaders to plan and execute organizational changes that support business priorities, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum impact. Serve as a change agent, providing guidance and support to leaders and teams during periods of transformation. Advocate for a culture of agility and innovation within the Commercial Team. HR Program Execution: Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end evaluations, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a focus on quality of hire and cultural fit. Provide expertise in employee relations, ensuring adherence to company policies and a positive employee experience. Collaboration and Team Leadership: Act as a key member of the HRBP team, collaborating with peers and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions. Lead and mentor junior HR team members, fostering their professional growth and development. Work closely with the Director, HRBP, to contribute to the broader HR strategy and initiatives. What You’ll Bring: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-SCP) preferred. Experience: Mid to senior level HR experience, with previous experience and success as an HRBP supporting commercial or business-focused teams. Proven ability to partner with senior leaders in a complex, fast-paced environment. Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, market trends, and financial principles, with the ability to connect HR strategies to business outcomes. Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions. Relationship Building: Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with senior leaders. Data-Driven Decision-Making: Experience using data and analytics to inform strategies and measure success. Change Management: Skilled in leading and supporting organizational change initiatives. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively. Results Orientation: Strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes, balancing strategic priorities with tactical execution.
