Position Overview - Basic Functions & ResponsibilityWork closely with cross-business and BE teams to support business strategies and focus, optimize the strategic planning process, and ensure flawless execution. Provide actionable suggestions based on market and business insights, drive decision implementation, and empower business operations from strategy to execution and from data insights to digitalization, leveraging the integrated services and capabilities.
The Core Responsibilities are:
Work as a BE business partner to provide a whole set of BE support to cross-business departments by leveraging other BE function resources.
Work closely with business departments to standardize customer segmentation and targeting rules for synergy opportunities.
Systemize the sales forecast process and provide an accurate alert report.
Monitor and manage target allocation adjustment proactively. Design and provide integrated execution and market performance tracker based on aligned KPIs.
Support cross-business departments on ad-hoc projects, business plans, and reviews.
Lead BE initiatives and projects to provide advanced/innovative service and solutions to BU, e.g. STEM Pilot
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above. A minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated strong capabilities and experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Hands-on experience in customer segmentation, targeting setting methodology, and other BE-relevant capabilities, including sales forecast tracking and accuracy alert, target allocation adjustment management, integrated business tracker, and insights.
Demonstrates capacity to learn and understand sales and market strategy, customer approach, and integrated execution in cross-business units.
Skills in project management and good cross-functional collaborations.
Ability to constantly self-challenge and challenge others in a constructive way.
Show integrity, tenacity, resilience, and adaptability in complex situations and an often changing environment; is able to handle pressure and commit to and respect deadlines.
Good command of written English, communication verbal English
