Manage enterprise-wide Inclusion & Belonging strategy across the corporate functions and distribution centers
Collaborate with cross-functional team members in the strategic planning, design, implementation, and monitoring of specific Inclusion & Belonging initiatives for corporate functions and distribution centers
Ensure the strategies for corporate functions and distribution centers are aligned with talent practices, development frameworks and organizational strategies
Provide strategic and day-to-day operational leadership on inclusion and belonging programs and practices, ensuring a core and common approach across the corporate functions and distribution centers
Work closely with clients to understand business strategies, assess current cultural competence, and identify capability gaps and opportunities for improvement to enable a culture of inclusion and belonging
Provide relevant data, analysis, and recommendations to guide decision-making related to execution of strategic efforts for corporate functions and distribution centers
Serve as an ongoing ambassador for employee network groups, helping to increase engagement and active participation of all levels of employees in Inclusion & Belonging initiatives
Build and exert influence to create positive change and proactively mitigate and resolve employee issues in partnership with HR, Employee Relations and Legal
Who You Are8-10 years of experience in Diversity and Inclusion, HR, or People Strategy
5-7 years of experience in a client facing/consulting role
Experience leveraging best-in-class project management and stakeholder engagement techniques to influence broad group of stakeholders and senior leaders - without direct authority
Strong analytical capabilities and experience leveraging raw data and turning it into captivating storytelling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an innovative growth mindset
Understanding of current inclusion and diversity trends, thinks creatively, and works well autonomously
Proven ability handling complex and confidential information with discretion, advising action in sensitive and ambiguous situations, and establishing yourself as a critical partner and trusted advisor.
