Primary responsibilities include:

Lead AsiaPac budget, strategic planning, and forecast processes including internal timelines, instructions and templates as well as consolidation and analysis for the businessesEnsure completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of forecasts in systemProvide strong analytics to HQ and AsiaPac leadership via trends and dynamic reporting (incl. historical and current run rates, price/volume, margin, etc.)Create standardized and effective reports & analytical tools to support commercial partners & International FinanceCollaborate with global FP&A and the business to improve financial planning and reporting processes and enhance efficiencyWork with commercial teams to ensure that financial plans and forecasts are realistic and aligned with Integra’s plansUtilize broad management and leadership knowledge to influence AsiaPac business leadersPartner with the business to actively reallocate resources to drive Asia Pacific growth aspirationsLead monthly/quarterly close for Revenue and P&L across AsiaPac and provide analysis of performance (versus Budget/latest forecast and versus prior year), latest estimates and risks/opportunities to the businessesWork closely and liaise with AsiaPac accounting team to monitor, manage, report, and align with business on Operating Expenses as well as drive actions to deliver on budget commitmentsResolve complex operational issues by leveraging appropriate resources across the organizationBuild strong relationships, partner closely, and ensure strong alignment with International HQ and global finance divisions providing reporting as necessary for AsiaPacSupport the short-term and long-term strategies of the AsiaPac businesses including, but not limited to, modeling and planning with VP and country leadersOther strategic support as necessary for AsiaPacLeading, managing, and developing Sr AnalystPerform other duties as assigned
