**Overview:**
**The Sr. Manager, LATAM Supply Chain Systems is responsible for creating and executing the right systems strategy to enable all areas within the Latin America regional supply chain organization. The role includes identifying, developing, deploying, and maintaining end to end supply chain systems solutions to address business needs.**
**This role reports into the Global Supply Chain organization and partners with the LATAM supply chain organization and the IT functions. This role will own the relationship with the LATAM supply chain leaders; understanding, validating and prioritizing their technology needs.**
**We are looking for a change leader with strong supply chain process experience and technical aptitude, who will deliver digital capabilities to achieve business results.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Lead and Manage System Initiatives:**
+ **Develop systems roadmaps for the end to end supply chain**
+ **Manage system implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement efforts.**
+ **Communicate project updates to key stakeholders and escalate as necessary.**
+ **Facilitate requirements definition and business case development.**
+ **Lead design review and ensure the solutions are designed with user experience in mind.**
+ **Ensure Business Continuity:**
+ **Be an escalation point for IT support issues.**
+ **Manage orchestration between functions and business units to resolve cross-functional and cross-region issues.**
+ **Drive Standardization:**
+ **Ensure solutions are in alignment with global practices.**
+ **Promote best practice sharing within the region and beyond.**
+ **Foster a Culture of Innovation and Change:**
+ **Continuously challenge the existing processes and system solutions, drive change, system improvement and further digitization.**
+ **Build self-learning, innovative, growth and digital minded team.**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ **Bachelor’s Degree**
+ **Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations or IT or IT business partnering**
+ **Knowledge of supply chain core processes, especially around manufacturing, logistics, warehouse and/or transportation**
+ **Proficient knowledge of SAP S/4 or ECC and satellite systems including APO, IBP, eWM, TM9, BI or equivalent platforms**
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ **Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Technology or related technical field**
+ **MBA or MS**
+ **A good understanding of supply chain system architecture and integration**
+ **Knowledge of EDI / API**
+ **Data and analytical skills**
+ **Project Management**
+ **Strong documentation and training skills of process and system implementations**
**Travel Requirements**
+ **Expected percentage of travel: Up to 15-20%**
**Compensation and Benefits**
Salary Range $144.000,00 - $163.000,00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
