As Sr. Manager, Leader Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success and stability of our business. Your responsibilities will encompass engaging agency leaders to drive expansion as well as fostering the development of rookies into productive contributors, and strategically increasing our retention results.
Responsibilities
Develop and effectively execute strategies and action plans at the zone level to meet the objectives of the zone in relation to the focus area assigned.Develop programs and initiatives to ensure that the Agency Leader in the Zone meets their rank retention validation requirements such as but not limited to production credit, active agent count and conservation rate.Create and execute programs that will enable the existing Agency Leaders (AL) to meet the next level rank/tier thus maximizing the AL compensation. Ensure agency training and competence requirements of existing Leaders under the zone are fulfilled.Create programs and initiatives to ensure that Rookie advisors to develop the right habits and become active month on month.Build and maintain a professional and ethical agency force at the zone level, in line with regulatory, industry and company standards. Communicates difficult concepts and converts technical information into business advice. Influences others to adopt different points of view and demonstrates strong facilitation skills.Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends market best practices to improve products, processes, or services.How will you create impact?
