The Opportunity


As Sr. Manager, Leader Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success and stability of our business. Your responsibilities will encompass engaging agency leaders to drive expansion as well as fostering the development of rookies into productive contributors, and strategically increasing our retention results.

Responsibilities

In charge of and supports the hiring, onboarding and management of new leaders sourced externally as well as the upgrading, onboarding and management of existing financial advisors who wish to pursue the agency leader path.

Support implementation of leader hiring programs: Leader Recruitment Program, Experienced Manager Program as well as organic upgrade programs in partnership with Recruitment team, Leader Development Team and Agency Leaders.

Ensure that externally sourced new leaders meet their validation requirements.

Management and development of existing (tenured) Agency Leaders within the assigned locations of the Zone – to ensure leaders are fully functional with respect to recruitment, the management of Financial Advisers and are able to achieve growth in headcount and production.

Ensure that all leaders meet the minimum rank retention requirements and/or achieve leader segmentation status.

What we are looking for

Bachelor’s degree holder

Three years or more relevant experience in sales, business development and agency management preferably in a life insurance setting

Has held key positions relevant to the requirement of the job
