This position is responsible for managing and leading a team carrying out quality assurance engineering and manufacturing engineering initiatives, and setting and attaining the goals of product quality, reliability, new product processes, as well as supporting first customer installations/set-ups. This position is also responsible for managing the predictability, repeatability, and sustainability of factory operations. This position includes leading and directing document control tool selection and improvement initiatives. This position implies cross-functional support to R&D NPI teams, test engineering, supply chain & Commodity management, logistics, production planning, and product-field reliability team.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering with at least fifteen years of experience managing in the Electronics Manufacturing Industry. Master’s degree preferred.Experienced with Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control, Reliability.Experience with Quality Management Systems e.g. ISO9001.Experience managing Quality Engineers and Manufacturing Engineers.Experience managing supply chain quality for component and EMS providers.Experience with PLC (Product Life Cycle), PDM (Product Data Management) Processes, and Document Control Principles.Also, specific experience in the manufacture of PCB’s, PCBA’s, Cables, Metal Components (custom Chassis/Frames), Fiber Optics, and general electro-mechanical manufacturing processes and box builds.Must be able to lift 40 pounds.Why us?

The salary range for this position is $121,400 to $218,500 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
