To achieve sales targets for Schneider Electric software products and services, including AVEVA products, the employee will perform the following duties\:
- Develop and execute sales strategies from the perspectives of product, price, GTM, and promotion based on past experience
- Create use cases with unique value for each segment as a sales support tool
- Resolve roadblocks to closing deals discovered by account sales
- Conduct market research for the development of new offers such as ProLeiT
- Collaborate with IDT services
- Clarify implementation methods for the introduction of products and services (execution plans)
- Update the sales playbook that summarizes the above strategies and tactics
- Develop and guide junior employees
- Prepare materials and explain the situation to upper management, such as quarterly business reviews
