Job Title: Sr. Medical Advisor – Lung Cancer

Location: Shanghai, China

Role ProfileAs a Medical Advisor specializing in Lung Cancer, you will serve as the subject matter expert, guiding and executing our medical strategy within this therapeutic area. You will play a key role in developing and implementing our Lung Cancer medical plan in China. Your insights will be invaluable in navigating the complexities of this field and fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.

What You Will Do:Provide unbiased, scientifically accurate information regarding our lung cancer product portfolio and ongoing clinical developments to healthcare professionals (HCPs).Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key opinion leaders, academic institutions, and the broader healthcare community.Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute Value and Implementation Plan (V&I Plan).Engage in cross-functional projects, including medical education initiatives and scientific symposiums, to enhance patient care.Work closely with market access and regulatory teams to facilitate patient access to our innovative therapies.Act as a subject matter expert in lung cancer, providing insights to internal stakeholders and answering scientific inquiries.Collaborate with research teams to identify key opportunities for data generation and improve therapeutic strategies.Ensure all activities comply with medical and legal regulations, maintaining the highest ethical standards in practice.What You Will Need:Medical degree or pharmacy degree. Master degree or PhD.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Advisor, preferably in the oncology space.Familiarity with medical strategy development and clinical study design and execution.Experience in MNC is preferred.Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with scientific leaders in both pharmaceutical and healthcare/academic settings.Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and the opportunities for collaboration between pharma and healthcare institutions.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.Willingness to travel as needed for meetings and conferences.
