We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Sr. Manager of Operations to lead our production, supply chain, and logistics functions. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand manufacturing environment—someone who can build high-performing teams, implement scalable systems, and instill a culture of accountability and operational discipline.
**Job Summary**
The Sr. Manager of Operations is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all site-level operations including production, supply chain, and logistics. This role is strategic in nature, tasked with transforming operations to support growth, drive performance across SQDCI metrics, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The Sr. Manager will be a key member of the site leadership team and will have full budget and capital expenditure authority.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Lead all operational functions including production, supply chain, and logistics to meet business objectives
+ Build and execute a strategic plan to improve on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and throughput
+ Assess talent and restructure teams as needed to ensure the right capabilities are in place
+ Partners with the Human Resources Manager to establish and maintain appropriate staffing levels in all areas of operations.
+ Champion lean principles and implement systems to improve visibility, efficiency, and accountability
+ Oversee capacity planning, production scheduling, and materials management
+ Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory (SQDCI) performance
+ Own site-level KPIs and lead regular performance reviews with cross-functional partners
+ Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Engineering to align operations with growth goals
+ Develop and manage departmental budgets and capital projects
+ Serve as a culture leader—developing talent, instilling accountability, and modeling operational excellence
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, business, engineering discipline, or technical degree. Advance degree preferred.
+ 8+ years of production experience and 4 years of managerial experience.
+ Strong continuous improvement background with knowledge of 6S, Kaizen, Lean and Value Stream Mapping
+ Hands on responsibility for manufacturing product quality.
+ Six Sigma Green Belt Preferred.
+ Demonstrated use of CI tools (Flow/line balancing, Standard work, Mixed Model Lean, Six Sigma, and SIOP)
+ Ability to gather and accurately assess root cause data and identify critical inputs
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills
+ Demonstrated ability to develop and deploy employee resources to strengthen the business

**Total Rewards**
The compensation range for this position is $124,100.00 - $186,100.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
