We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Sr. Manager of Operations to lead our production, supply chain, and logistics functions. This is a high-impact role for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand manufacturing environment—someone who can build high-performing teams, implement scalable systems, and instill a culture of accountability and operational discipline. **Job Summary** The Sr. Manager of Operations is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all site-level operations including production, supply chain, and logistics. This role is strategic in nature, tasked with transforming operations to support growth, drive performance across SQDCI metrics, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. The Sr. Manager will be a key member of the site leadership team and will have full budget and capital expenditure authority. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + Lead all operational functions including production, supply chain, and logistics to meet business objectives + Build and execute a strategic plan to improve on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and throughput + Assess talent and restructure teams as needed to ensure the right capabilities are in place + Partners with the Human Resources Manager to establish and maintain appropriate staffing levels in all areas of operations. + Champion lean principles and implement systems to improve visibility, efficiency, and accountability + Oversee capacity planning, production scheduling, and materials management + Drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory (SQDCI) performance + Own site-level KPIs and lead regular performance reviews with cross-functional partners + Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Engineering to align operations with growth goals + Develop and manage departmental budgets and capital projects + Serve as a culture leader—developing talent, instilling accountability, and modeling operational excellence **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, business, engineering discipline, or technical degree.
