Sr. Manager, Operations

In our Senior Manager, Operations role, you will:
+ Lead the operational functions of the team including database management, programmatic enablement, and optimization of key systems in collaboration with other stakeholders including Finance,Global CI, and Sustainability teams- Recommend and administer policies, procedures and processes in support of the team’s goals and operations - Proactively seek and advocate for solutions to improve workflows and productivity- Review and provide updates to the Community Investment Standard annually- Provide monthly compliance and risk reports to respective teams (ex: IIQ, OSFI)- Ensure payment due diligence steps are followed (Bridger, AML/ATF, etc.)- Manage the CI Grant vendor tool, including the reporting dashboard, application templates, impact surveys and donation reports- Oversee the processing of donations to community partners globally- Provide grantees with the forms and supports they need to comply with grant requirements (proposals, reports, etc.); ensures that online forms for grantseekers are clear, relevant, and up to date- Manage the business unit processing platform and oversees high volume business unit request donations processing; triaging escalated issues and ensuring easier and more efficient digital user experience - Streamline financial management, grant/investment accounting, and reporting processes, ensuring we are compliant with our policies, and we can use our financial data to inform decision making- Coordinatebudget preparation, financial reporting,processing invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements in a timely manner- Monitor and tracks expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines- Develop and manage onboarding process for new team members from an operational, governance, and compliance perspective- Manage team Sharepoint sites ensuring all stored information is in line with company policy- Develop and maintain a CI Microsite to manage intake of internal requests and information and host relevant CI content - Manage the email account for the CI team- Work with the team to prepare relevant input and supports the preparation of board materials and other executive reporting
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, grant management, or a related field- 5+ years as a systems professional, or demonstrated experience in a similar role, providing operational support, project management, and reporting and analytics- Impeccable organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload while aligning with the organization’s “big picture”- Strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with staff, stakeholders, charitable partners, and suppliers- Are a creative thinker who can design systems with minimal administrative burden, taking an agile approach.- Knowledge of financial management and reporting- Proficiency in digital tools such as Teams and Sharepoint

**Salary range is expected to be between**
$86,250.00 CAD - $155,250.00 CAD
