Sr. Manager, Operations Quality
Job Description

1. Drive development of a zero defect and customer oriented quality mindset of all employees within the organization
2. Ensure that our local QMS and execution of processes meets the requirements of the RC QMS
3. Ensure that the local organization know about, and fulfil agreed customer specific requirements 
4. Ensure that employees in the organization have the right quality competencies to execute the QMS processes 
5. Drive overall continuous improvement process related to quality (by improving process stability and capability)
6. Drive the activity, cohesion and development of the local quality team through  leadership 

Job Responsibilities

Develop quality mindset
Make sure that all employees in the organization (including management) understand their roles and responsibilities in relation to quality and do not make compromizes on quality;
Mindset must be zero defect and customer oriented;
QMS
Ensure that the local management system is compliant to agreed customer requirements, ISO/TS 16949, RC QMS and other agreed requirements:
1. Ensure that the RC-QMS system and processes are implemented in the local QMS
2. Ensure that the organization is monitoring the effectiveness of the system (KPI's)
3. Ensure that R&R for QMS and processes is defined and understood by employees 
4. Develop needed SOP's and instructions to effectively execute the QMS processes
5. Ensure that CSR are deployed in the local organization, system and processes
Perform Management Review
Act as management representative in relation to the local QMS and lead the Management Review Process with the local management team;
Manage Quality Audits
Ensure that quality audit plans (system, processes and products) is planed and executed in the organization and control that corrective and preventive actions is implemented by the organization;
Change Products & Processes
Ensure that the organization execute product and process changes according to the Change Control Process and ensure that customers are notified about changes according to agreements with the customers (Including PPAP);
Continuous Improvement
Drive the Continuous Improvement Process related to Quality
Handle Nonconformities
Manage Competencies
Ensure that the competencies of the employees in the local organization is in place to enable effective and efficient execution of the QMS processes;
Other tasks as required on the job agreed with direct Manager

Background & Skills

Bachelor or Master degree, with more than 5 years' Quality management related experience;
Typical technical background with experience within manufacturing and severe experience within quality as Quality Engineer, Quality System Specialist or Six Sigma Blackbelt;
Good English skill both in written and spoken English.
