Sr. Manager, Paid Media

In the Sr. Manager Paid Media role, you will partner closely with cross-functional business leaders within the organization and drive consumer business strategy, including marketing performance analysis, paid media strategy, planning and support, and identifying operational implementations to support efficiencies and business outcomes. This includes researching and analyzing key business drivers, trends, and performance indicators for the future growth of the B2B business. With an emphasis on delivering disciplined growth, enhancing reporting, and driving business review processes, the Sr. Manager, B2B Paid Media lead will be responsible for integrating strategic direction and ensuring alignment with all stakeholders, including internal and agency teams. The role requires an understanding of the digital omni-channel landscape, ability to build advanced paid media plans and the capacity to guide more complex and sophisticated integrated strategy to exceed goals.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Contribute to the end-to-end short- and long-term marketing processes for marketing including media planning and budgeting, as well as defining appropriate metrics to monitor performance against forecast and goals, ensuring alignment with key stakeholdersDevelop and maintain relationship with agency and internal partners, communicating business objectives, media strategies, and performance goals; while working with internal & external Analytics teams to make sound decisions that lead to positive performance impactAnalyze and articulate drivers of organizational performance through interpretation of financial results, media performance and macro-economic trends impacting the market landscape to drive action and challenge/support decisionsAssist in development of initiative analysis and business cases, partnering cross-functionally to capture sources of value as well as risks and pre-requisites for successDisplay a strong, consistent, and vocal point of view; maintain ability to influence partner thinking and guide plane developmentManage cross-team processes as it relates to internal/external communication, integrated planning, integrated deliverables & knowledge sharing

Base Pay Range: $90,000/yr. - $120,000/yr.

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
