About the Role
作为分公司多元渠道负责人,结合总公司银保业务政策与分公司业务特点制定银保渠道业务策略,推动分公司银保业务的有效开展、执行以及业务流程与体系的优化,以实现业务增长和战略目标达成。岗位职责:
1. 根据总公司银保部渠道发展战略结合分公司银保渠道特点,确定分公司银保渠道建设中长期业务规划和发展策略
2. 在合规和风控的前提下,跟据总公司战略和业务需求,结合当地市场和渠道特点,开拓和维持重点和战略银保合作渠道
3. 跟据市场变化、合作渠道和同业的动向及时制定、调整、整合资源以实施符合当地市场和友邦产品特点的业务发展策略、市场活动以及计划目标和费用预算,通过业务督导、培训、考核和及时反馈确保业绩目标达成
4. 通过指导和督促业务经理实施渠道扩展活动,并提升银行客户/理财经理对友邦“卓越银保”理念的理解和认可,熟悉友邦产品、定位和价值以达成销售目标,赢得合作银行管理层对友邦银保的认可
5. 招募并建设具有高度凝聚力和专业度的内外勤团队,持续提升人员能力搭建强力的人才储备
6. 适时优化工作流程和监督分公司银保整体运营成本,控制预算在合理范围内
7. 通过与总公司银保部门和分公司其他部门、及相关职能部门的协作,有效落实监管及公司合规与风险管控理念和要求,在合规和风控的前提下有效开展业务
任职要求:
1. 大学本科以上学历
2. 8-10年金融机构工作经验
3. 3-5年销售管理经验
4. 和各银行有稳定的合作关系,熟悉寿险银保各项规章制度,了解行业规则。
5. 具备一定的领导能力,能有效地进行团队管理。
6. 沟通协调能力强,表达能力、商务演示能力佳。
7. 思维灵活性和逻辑性高、具备一定的创新能力。
8. 性格大方、具亲和力、抗压力好、积极阳光、富有激情。
9. 通过CFA、CPA、CFP、CAA等相关金融考试者优先。
